What it does
01
An AI puppy keeps you company
A puppy on the Today screen cheers you on and tells you off for a skipped day, and the reminder comes from the puppy. Say “weight 62.5” or “blood pressure 120 over 80” in the chat and it is recorded, and it reads aloud. Talking with it runs on devices with Apple Intelligence, answered on the device. Recording by chat, encouragement and read-aloud work on every device.
02
Bring your dog along (optional)
Say “register my dog” and tell it the name — the puppy takes your dog's name. Weigh your dog by weighing yourself holding them, then alone. Walks come in from Health, and a photo's time says whether the dog came along. It can also spot your dog in walk photos (Pro).
03
The easiest way to record is to say it
Standing on the scale, one sentence to Siri — “Heart One weight 62.5” — and it is recorded without opening the app. Connect Health and readings from a compatible monitor or scale, your walks and the doses you log all come in on their own.
04
The same shape as the paper sheet
It follows the record sheet clinics hand out, item for item: weight, blood pressure and pulse morning and before bed, symptoms, exercise, medication morning / noon / evening, and a note. A day takes under a minute.
05
See the changes
Weight and blood-pressure charts over two weeks, a month or three months, with a heads-up when weight climbs quickly or a symptom persists (Pro). Set the thresholds to the levels your doctor gave you.
06
A sheet for your appointment (Pro)
Two weeks on one A4 landscape page, in the paper sheet's layout. Print it, or share it as a PDF.
07
Share your day
Turn today into a 15-second video — your own line and the puppy — to share. No readings ever appear in it.
Price and devices
Recording, Health, iCloud, reminders, charts, the AI puppy, your dog's records and sharing are all free. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Runs on iPhone, Apple Watch (record today from your wrist), iPad and Mac.
This app is not a medical device and cannot be used to decide on diagnosis or treatment. If you have symptoms that worry you, please consult a medical professional.
Your records — weight, blood pressure, symptoms, walks, photos — stay on your device and in your own iCloud. They are never sent to our servers. The AI chat and photo reading run on the device.
